Am I dealing with a real person?
Yes! We are a family-run business working together in acquiring land. You will be dealing directly with one of our family members, by email or phone. We’re always here to help!
How do I get paid?
We will send you a check or transfer funds after the deed is signed, notarized, and recorded. We can also get a title company or lawyer involved to hold escrow funds if preferred.
How long will it take?
We typically write 90 days on all of our contracts but often close before then. We always check titles with the county before close. Due to Covid-19, most counties have been busier than usual, extending the process.
